Range credit is a balance held on your Just Golf account that you can use to pay for bookings and purchases at our venue. You add credit by topping up through your account.

From time to time we add bonus credit to a top-up – for example, £240 of credit for a £200 top-up. Bonus credit is promotional. It is added on top of the amount you pay, has no cash value, and may be withdrawn from future offers at any time.

Credit can be used only against bookings and purchases at the venue. It cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or transferred to another account or person.

Any unused credit expires 12 months after your most recent top-up. Each new top-up resets the expiry of your whole balance to 12 months from that top-up. When credit expires it is cancelled and cannot be reinstated.

If a top-up payment is reversed, refunded, or charged back for any reason, the credit it created – including any bonus credit – is cancelled. If that credit has already been spent, the amount spent becomes a debt due to us.

We may suspend or close an account, and cancel credit, where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these terms – including where a top-up is funded by a payment card that is later disputed.

We may change these terms. Material changes will be notified through your account or our website.
